Ingredients: 100% natural- Dried rose, raspberry leaf, calendula, basil
Directions for vaginal steam:
1) Bring 8 cups water (with 1/4 cup herbs) to boil. 2) Steep with lid on for 10 min. 3) Pour water inside heat safe bowl (then place bowl inside bucket you can sit on or in clean toilet). 4) sit with towel/sheet wrapped so only vulva exposed. Test steam heat first against wrist. *DO NOTE USE IF PREGNANT or while on period*
Directions for tea drink:
1)1 tbps of herbs to 1 cup of boiled water.
2) Let steep covered for 10-15 min. Enjoy!
