How long will my items take to arrive?

All our items are handcrafted in small batches once we receive your orders, therefore your items are kept fresh and not hanging around on shelves for months at a time. Since we are a small business, please note that means often times only one person is responsible for making products, processing orders and shipping packages to you.  Please review our full shipping policy here. 

Do I have to practice a specific religion or tradition in order to use your spiritual items?

No. It can be used by anyone of any spiritual or cultural background who wishes to tap into those energies mentioned. Many of our products are infused with specific intentions & prayers, and are blessed. Any person is able to reap those benefits for which the product is intended. 

What is a body butter? What is a hair butter?

A body butter is a skin moisturizer. A hair butter is a hair moisturizer.

Is body butter and body lotion/ body cream the same thing?
A body butter is essentially an extra creamy body lotion and/or body cream. It is more nourishing, moisturizing and thicker than the typical body lotion/ body cream and is especially good for drier skin types, or drier areas of the body, such as the feet, hands, elbows. 

Why has my body butter/ hair butter melted or appears to have looser consistency?

Because these butters are made with 100% natural ingredients, ingredients may separate or melt at warmer temperatures. This is because no chemical binders or fillers are added. Melting will not affect the quality or effectiveness of product. To solidify product again, put in fridge until it has hardened, then remove. 

Are your products really 100% natural or are there additives/chemicals?

Each item is 100% pure and natural. Even down to the coloring and scents. There are zero additives and zero chemicals as we pride ourselves in developing products made with only with nature's love and medicine. Candles are hand poured with organic soy wax, an all natural by-product of soy beans. It is non-toxic and eco-friendly.  Candle wicks are made of natural cotton from the cotton shrub plant. 

Can I use my body butter on my hair and can I use my hair butter on my body?

YES, you can! All our butters are made with 100% natural ingredients that are safe to use on both the hair and body and are interchangeable. Although body butters are safe for your hair, please note that its specific ingredients are formulated together because it has more beneficial properties for the body than the hair. However this doesn't mean you cannot use it in your hair. The same applies for the hair butters. 

Can I use body butters on my face?

Yes, you can. Because it tends to be a bit heavier than the typical face creams, use a very small amount. A little goes a long way. Rub small amount of butter in hands together to soften and apply very light layer to your face. Since our face tends to be more sensitive than other parts of the body, we recommend to test a small area of chin first. If no reaction occurs, proceed to applying to entire face, avoiding eyes. 

Why does my item look different in this order than it did in previous order? Or why when I ordered 2 of the same item, and they look different from each other.

Each item is hand made once order is placed, therefore no two items will look exactly alike.  Slight variations in consistency, texture, appearance, weight, etc are normal and do not affect quality of product.
