Shipping Policy

​Please allow 7-10 business days for processing (business days exclude weekends and holidays). After items are processed, then they will ship out. Shipping times depend on which shipping method chosen at checkout and do NOT include processing time. Please note due to the worldwide COVID pandemic, shipping may be delayed and your items may take longer than usual to arrive.

Each item is hand made once order is placed. Much care, thought and energy are put into its crafting from beginning to end, and we make items in small batches to preserve its freshness, since ingredients are 100% natural and do not have synthetic preservatives. 

Each customer is responsible for inputting his/her correct & complete shipping address to ensure delivery to the right address. Eclectic Soul Organics cannot be held liable for any orders that have the wrong, incomplete, or insufficient address entered at checkout. If customer inputs wrong/incomplete/insufficient address and item is returned back to sender, customer is responsible for any return to sender fees imposed by shipping courier. If customer would like second  delivery attempt once address is corrected, customer is responsible for any new shipping fees incurred.  If item is lost for any other reason due to customer inputting wrong/incomplete/insufficient address, customer will be responsible for repurchasing item, along with new shipping costs. If item is lost or damaged due to negligence of shipping courier, customer is responsible for reaching out to shipping courier directly to file a dispute. Please note that once seller has dropped off package at shipping courier, it is the sole responsibility of shipping courier to deliver item/s to the customer intact, and seller cannot be held responsible for damages to box, delays and/or nondelivery of item/s once package is dropped off. USPS priority mail shipping includes up to $100 insurance if your package is lost by them. USPS First class shipping does NOT include this insurance.
